Hello everyone! I am training for my first triathlon and figured this would be a good place to pick up valuable info. I am just an old guy (42) looking to conquer the mountain. I have never really ran or biked but figured i needed something to get me in shape and keep me there. I am very interested in Xterras as I am from a mountain community and I love the 'rugged' stuff. Fill me in- what do I need to know?
