hey y'all

have always been interested in triathlons.. just have to make the jump i guess!! i'm mainly a runner and have been using cycling/swimming as crosstraining for years and really enjoy it.

thinking about registering for a Sprint in November, i'm only nervous about the cycling!

figured i'd look here for encouragement/advice, hope to see y'all around :)
