Just wanted to say hi. i competed in my first sprint tri over the weekend and this looks like a good place to get training pointers to improve my time. Maybe moral support also!!

How did your race go?

It was a learning experience no doubt about it. I didn't achieve my goal which was 1.30, but 1.38:55 was close enough to make me want to do it again. I am changing my training to some tri specific programs.
