Hello to all from Catherine in France! - Triathlon Week

Greetings from the Alps where I am eagerly anticipating the arrival of some snow for skiing! In the meantime, trying hard to keep up with the training - discovered triathlons last year after a break from everything looking after four girls. Is there anybody in my part of the world?- its a bit lonely training by myself all the time! Any good training schedules, events, books to read etc. I would love to hear about - as you can tell I am very ignorant about it all but full of enthusiasm and determination!

Welcome to the the site Catherine, I had the good fortune to travel to your beautiful country a few years ago and can't wait to get back. Are you any where close to Romans?. Maybe someday I can get there to do IM Nice.
I think enthusiasm and determination is how most of us get started and then we get addicted to the tri life.
