| Beginner  | Hello from St. Lou It is very nice to finally have a triathlon site like this. I have enjoyed very much what I have seen. From the St. Louis, MO area, I am interested in mostly half and full ironman distance racing. lbj3 |

| Ironman | Have you done any races yet or are you in the begining of a ramp up to next year? Let us know and chances are we can help. I personally like Half IM's but am hoping to go full Iron soon. Spike. |
