Converted Ex-swimmer

So having been a National Swimmer (swam my last length in anger 2001), trying to keep fit, I'm spending time on the bike and running to work (10km there and back). So the obvious step is to put it all together. I figure its the best way to satisfy my thirst for cometition. So hopefully all the info gained from you hardend enduros will get me feeling alive again.
Looking forward to it.

So you are running 12.4 miles a day/5 days a week. That should keep you fit. Nice Work.

Another convert!

Doing one sport at a time is boring! Glad too hear you have converted to the idealic sport of triathlon. Where you can physically abuse yourself in many different and original ways!:)

Welcome!
Cheers
