Finished my first
Completed a super sprint a few days ago in Lake Louisa park (Clermont). 52 minutes. Great people, lots of fun. I think I'm hooked.

Great job! Congratulations! This is a VERY addictive sport. Are you doing the SS in Clermont on Oct 21st? I'll be there doing the GFT Iron Distance.

Already registered. I'm looking forward to it especailly since I JUST PICKED UP MY FIRST TRI BIKE (softride). Now I am totaly stoked!

1/4 mi swim , 7 mi bike, 1 1/2 mile run...a Super Sprint
