Newby in Miami
Hello to all.
Started doing tri's in Miami this year. Sprint races (1/4 mile swim, 10 mile bike, 3.1 run) this year.
First race done in 1:20 on my hybrid bike; so I purchased a new road bike (2006 Giant TCR 2)
Next race was 1:15. I hired a swim coach which I feel has helped greatly.
Next race on 8/27. Goal is sub 1:10

DD, the 1st & second races were fast! You're obviously a fit individual. Keep hammering and let us know how we can help those times!
