| Greetings Well, I've decided to take the leap and start training for tri's. I'm a distance cyclist and just completed my 5th Century in the last 2 months, which i did in 20.1 mph over a very hilly route. So, I think I have at least a half-way decent aerobic base to build on. I'm also a Certified Fitness Trainer, (50 yrs., Male) but feel blind as to how to proceed with a training regimen. What I though I'd do, is to train for each discipline twice a week - 5 total days of training per week . Any help, comments, suggestions greatly appreciated. (My goal is to do an Ironman within a year). |
