Long Course Training advice

new to the forum here. finished my first season this year with four races - SJMTB, Santa Cruz (short course), LA Tri (short course) and XTERRA Nevada most recently. Love the racing - wish I had known that about myself years ago....

Looking to make the move to Long Course next season. Hoping to run one long maybe two, some shorts and some more xterra. I feel I have the training regime down for the short course, but I would like recommendations on books for Long Course training if any of you have that out there.

thanks.

trinewbies.com has training plans for Olys and 1/2 Iron. you could look at those for a quick start while you're doing a bit more research. ontri.com also has a program. I can't vouch for these as I haven't tried them but they may be good to compare with other programs you come across.
