| Beginner  | Just done my first tri!... .. Scot Tinleys Sprint distance road race at Lopez lake San Luis Obispo, Ca. Good fun, but it was brutal on the knees running! |

| Triathlete | i like the corses at Tinley's, the MT long is a very honest MT race, the MT sprint is a good intro to MT biking. dont much care for the international distance road, kinda gets away from the sprit of the event (i did the toughest for the first 10 years of the event, tinley and terry) hope the weather was good this year. congrats, and welcome to triathlon. |
