Hello from the Virgin Islands! - Triathlon Week

I have biked and ran all over this rock and still no Virgins to be found. Well... It's a great place to Tri anyway. We have 4 Tris on St. Croix, 1 on St. John, 1 on Tortolla (BVI) and 3 or so on St. Marteen (DWI). Plenty to keep us busy. Please loin us for the St. Croix Half Ironman next May. What a great vacation! Look me up when you come. Scott

Thanks for the invite Scott, I can only say that i'm very envious of your environment and welcome to Triweek. Speaking of virgins (relax ladies, I'm a gentelman) did you know that the first huricane named with a male name headed straight for the Virgin Islands? Good luck on your little chunk of paradise and maybe some of us will be able to join you there.

If you're talking about TS Arlene, she's not even close to us. We Virgins are safe for the moment. A nasty morning storm did ruin my ride this am however. Oh well... only 364 days of warm sunny weather this year I guess. A PM run will make the world right again anyway.
