New to Tri's and motivated

Enjoy reading all accomplishments and hope to be on that end soon. First tri (sprint)coming up in June, just started training and have 14 weeks to whip it! New to the sport, both nervous and excited. An athlete by nature but gravity is creeping my way. Competitive tennis player, (nursing a knee injury) and a has been basketball player. Swimming is my challenge, can't find my rhythm. The accomplishment is between myself, however placing in age bracket would be great too. woohoo

Welcome TMT,
Tennis and basketball, yeah, those are very hard on the knees. Best of luck getting over that. Being a cyclist myself, I highly recommend lots of cycling therapy to set you straight! ;^)
Hope we can help with your journey. And I've been saying this a lot lately .... but just in case you haven't already, get a couple of private sessions with a good swim coach. You need to set up some good habits from the get go.
