| Beginner  | Hi, all [font=Arial Narrow][size=2][color=DarkOrange] I have question I have been riding my moutain bike about 20 miles a week, now I am buying a road bike should I start with a double or triple chain ring? |

| Triathlete | I would definitely recommend a double. I started out with a double, and unless you live around L'Alpe d'Huez or something, it should be fine. You could always get an easier set of rear cogs. Audrey |
