Intro (BEL)

Hello everyone

A new member to triathlon, straight from Antwerp-Belgium.
I'm 26yrs old, have a solid athletic background as I play squash at the highest competitive level. Besides squash training I also get in a lot of running miles to keep up my general condition.
Last year the thought of participating in triathlon jumped into my head ...
Unfortunately, due to a very busy schedule, didn't get around to do an actual race.
________________

Now I'm trying to put the right training log together that allows me to do my squash training, running, some gym-workouts, swimming AND riding. Though job !!!!
So evidently, I'm struggling to get some momentum and discipline both in schedule as wel as in actual performance ...
Still confident i'm going to be able to compete in my first tri this year (short/Olym. distance) ...
________________

Bike : OK
Run : OK
Swim : terrible!!!!!!

Welcome Pimm,
Well, you probably won't get much help with squash around here (as if you needed it!), but hopefully we can help to get you going on your first tri.
By the way, get a couple of private sessions with a swim coach, and don't wait, start good habits now!
