Ironman

I just came back from Lake Placid where I went to cheer on my cousin who participated. What a great experience, it really motivated me to get in shape and lose my weight. I am a female who need to lose about 50 lbs, the woman were amazing, so here I am browsing the web and came across this site, I want to start working out and losing weight, any suggestions would be great. By the way my cousin did so well he came in in the 700's out of 1800 so proud. Thanks for listening, Denice.
