Hey Mitsuharu..welcome to Triweek! Hope you find this site helpful. What distances do you usually race? Dreams are meant to be made reality and yours will be made too.
Thank you for your reply.
I always race at Olympic distance. But last year, I did not race. Because my job was bussy.
So, my dream is having ability to race IRONMAN distance and having time to go the race.
Welcome Mitsuharu,
I hope we can help you to contiunue to fit triathlon into your bussy life! I have not competed in 2 years myself and it's making me crazy!
By the way, your English is way better than my Japanese. ;^)

Hello! Swift_66. Thank you for your comment.
My blog can be reading in English from this URL.
Most of the contents are what I am thinking at training. But unrelated contents about triathlon are there , too. [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

ITs is really cool too hear from all of these people from different countries, and too realize how similar their experiences are when it comes to a sport like triathlon
Good Luck
Syd
Blog is now spreading in Japan. It's very interesting to put your thought into BLOG.
Of course,reading it, also.
Translation tool is now available, so we can read most of the foreigners article if desired.

Glad too hear you are interested in improving your cycling. It sounds like you have a good fitness base so it shouldn't be a big deal for you to quickly get strong on the bike. If you are new to cycling my best advice is to spend as much time cycling as possible. There is no better training than just putting in time on the saddle. Once you improve you can work on strength, and speed.
You can also start on a weight program which focuses on cycling. If you are finding it hard to start you can also take spinning courses at most gyms. (I don't know if spinning is as popular in Japan as it is here, but it is great especially in the winter)
For now, don't make it any more complicated than it needs to be. Ride often, and long.
good luck
