Helloooo TriWeek!
Starting in the New Year, RST will be the official coaching company for TriWeek. We will be lurking about the forum to offer help, answer questions and generally be here to support all the members of TriWeek. It is our goal to make sure that the information being passed along or promoted is sound training advice that you can feel good about adding to your base of knowledge. Any unfounded, archaic training, nutrition, tactical or equipment advice will be ruthlessly admonished...followed by brilliant and witty reasons as to why. ;)
Also, feel free to ask us questions directly, we're here to help.
