New Old Guy

First time at this forum, looks like a decent place to hang. Thought I'd toss in a brief introduction. I'm from North Central Massachusetts, 56 years old, currently registered for 2005 Ironman USA in Lake Placid. 2004 was my first year doing triathlons, though I came from a bike racing (USCF Cat III) and swimming (high school swim team) background. Currently working on my running, though I tend to be a slug. I did 8 events this past summer, including the Timberman 1/2 IM in New Hampshire. woohoo
