Neuroma!?!?
I have this lump under the ball joint of toe. To make a long story short it has been diagnosed as a "Neuroma". I HAVE figured out what it is. What I haven't figured out is how to get rid of the darn thing....any ideas/experiences?

I've had that before. It was my shoes. check your local running store. something about pressure in the wrong spot.

Thanks! That was one of my suspects. Did you do anything special to speed recovery? Its been 3 months now. Its better mind you but I'm still holding off on the work outs.
