Multisport helmets - Triathlon Week

I'm new to the Triathalon races and will be competing in my first race in Sept. This race is not the typical Triathalon, but more of an adventure race that includes kayaking, biking, and running. Are there any helmets out there that could be used for both kayaking and biking?

You might want to check it out with the people putting on the race to see if you can use a single helmet for the race, If so you could probably wear a hockey helmet, not as light as a cycling helmet but it will really protect your egg. I speak from experience, 30+ years of hocky without a major head injury:)

I contacted the race organizers and they did indicate that one helmet could be worn for the kayak and bike. Most people use their bile helmets for both. Thanks! Off to find a new helmet :)
