650 vs 700

My bike came with 700c wheel set up. I am looking at HED3 3 spoke wheel set. I found a set on ebay but they are 650c. What would be the biggest differnece and will it matter? Any help would be appreciated.

The biggest difference will be the size. Seriously, I've never been able to tell a huge difference.

Check your LBS & make sure your current brake setup will work (it should but make sure). The biggest difference will show up as gearing. I forget the ratio but you'll sacrifice top end slightly however you'll gain on the lower end. HTH
