Laces
I picked up a pair of locking laces 3 years ago at an Ironman event, and I believe they were called toggles. Has anyone seen them or know where I can get them?

Can't help you with 'Toggles', I haven't heard of them. But, here are about 4 different kinds if you are just looking for laces that lock. [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

If all you want are the plastic toggles, or cord locks, I would suggest checking out a fabric store. I've also purchased the sets of elastic laces and toggles at a local running store, but I'm quite confident you could also find appropriate elastic cording at a fabric shop if you wanted.

I picked mine up at the local running store. Check the phone book and call around if you're looking for some.
