Is anyone else hungry all of the time? Is this just something I am going to have to get used to? I have begun training for an Ironman, which is a little less than a year away. On average I work out about two hours a day with two days off each week. I eat a well balance diet, but I can't seem to consume the "right" kind of calories that make it so I can go more than two hours without eating. I appreciate any suggestions.

A little hunger is normal, but you're likely not eating enough if you're ravenous.
Many endurance athletes load up on carbs, but fail to include enough protein and healthy fats in their diets. Protein and fat will keep you satiated longer so that you're not bonking throughout the day.
