I've been using Endurox after my runs, and I like it just for taste and immediate replenishment post-run. However, I'm too early in my training cycle to have any hard evidence if it's really doing anything to help repair my muscles or whatever else it claims it does.
What has anyone else's experience with Endurox been? Or what supplements would you recommend?
I have used endurox training and racing for my first Ironman and I'm using the hammer products this season. I like the results I have gotten with the hammer products and I like the taste better. The endurox worked well too. There is a lot of confusing info out there on nutrition. As long as you are hitting all of your requirements (eletrolyte, protien, carb) at the approprite times and amounts just drink what tastes good.
