Have been considering trying Hammer's REM Caps to aid in improving my quality of sleep. Since I work a lot of hours during the day, I often have to train well into the evening and find that even after dinner, shower, relax time, I'm still a little too amped-up to quickly get to bed. And then it all begins anew at 5AM the next day.
Here is the weblink to the REM caps: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
I understand it has 3mg of melatonin which is available anywhere, but my question is whether or not anyone has experienced better quality sleep from REM caps instead of just straight melatonin tabs?
