see im 16 yoeards old and im pretty competative so i want to be at the top of my game...
im 5 5 and 130 lbs....
how muhc should i be eating and of wht...?
i run about 50-70 km a week
swimmm 3 times (6 hours)
Bike 2 times 4 hours ish...its getting more..
