Martial Arts for Health offers adult martial arts classes Mondays through Thursdays 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM, as well as adult tai chi classes on Fridays 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM and Saturdays 10:00 AM – 10:45 AM. See complete class schedule at: Martial Arts For Health Class Schedule.
