| Compartment Syndrome?? Greetings all, new member in need of advice. Basically left calf will tense up to rock solid consistency rendering flexibility of ankle and tendons impossible everytime I start a run at anything faster than an 11min/mi pace. Yet if start out at this slow of a pace after about 1mi I can pick it up to any pace I want without tightness. Btw, have absolutely no problems with right calf, stretch for 30min prior and atleast 15min post run, well hydrated. Does this sound like compart. syndrome or ???. Greatly appreciate any help. also, 35 yr male relatively fit, 5'11 190 lbs if that helps. thanks again.
