Great advise. This is the most important thing.
Butterflies typically keep the hunger bug away. Before Sprints, I typically take my calories in the form of liquid. I use Carbo-Pro mixed with Grape Gatorade. YUM!
Olys and greater I eat Cream of Wheat. It's easy to digest, loaded with carbs and doesn't stop me up.
