| WeightWatchers and Training I have been doing the WeightWatchers diet plan for the past 9 months and I have lost 50 lbs. About 5 mmonths ago I started working out and trying to get in shape for a triathlon (I finished 2 sprint tris about 9 years ago).
My question, I am working out quite a bit and burning a lot of calories, but when I finish working out (or even before) I get concerned with how many points (weightwatchers combine calories, fat, and fiber to determine how many points in a particular food) I am having. I am only get a certain number a day (you do get more for working out), but I am not sure if I am getting enough calories or nutrition for the amount of working out I am doing (about 50 minof cardio and 25 minof weights four to five days a week).
Any one with WW advice?
