| Triathlete  | Cross Country! Ok so i haven't been on here in a LONG time, but i've been very busy lately. Well either way i'm here now and i figured i'd bring an update to all of you on how my cross country season is going. my first race of teh year i ran a 19:52 5k it was a little bit of a long course but still i wasn't very happy with the time. over the year i've picked it up though and that was a TOUGH course to start the season on. So i have gone on to put down a 17:36 3 mile and an 18:35 5k (twice), my end of the season goal is to go under 18 min. at state for the 5k it's coming up in two weeks and i'll bring all of you another update when its over P.S. All of my races and training are at altitude 3,000 feet is the lowest we get. |
