| Ironman | Xmas training Anyone going anywhere interesting over the holidays? I'm heading down to panama city beach to visit the rents, and more importantly, train on the IMFLA course! What are you guys up to? Syd

| Ironman  | I'm not going anywhere but am taking a week off to spend time with the fam, and take advantage of the great weather here in CO. Have fun in FL, it's great this time of year. Happy Holidays. Spike. |

| Hammerhead | It's in the low 80's right now down here in Islamorada (FLorida Keys). I'm not going anywhere cold, that's for sure. Water temp in the pool today was 83. woohoo Just want to wish a happy and safe holiday season to our entire group. Eddie |
