Oklahoma Triathletes/Scott Road bikes - Triathlon Week

Is there anyone in here that lives in the Owasso/Tulsa area in Oklahoma? Also, do you know of any tri-groups that meet anywhere close to here. I am looking at buying a road bike to use for my first tri, any suggestions? I have been looking at a SCOTT S50 for around $525, any good?
